Mysterious Journal?

There's a 'Mysterious Journal' locked down on the floor of Luna Bank.

It's hinting at some kind of quest. The journal said that they will be awaiting people at the Pirates Plunder tavern (my guess its in Bucc's Den).

Whats the deal with this? Anybody got a clue?

Without giving too much away, I think it's important to note that all "Event items" for this quest must be turned in at a future date and time (To be determined after the event is finished) for rewards.
All items that are not turned in will be deleted.

The Mysterious Man in the tavern does Not have a 'Talk' option.

I can't start without this.

It works, people have already used him.
you just have to say or do the right things...
