Sounds great, hope it happens, so I can get some newer players in who arn't going to cry when they get PKed.
Would also like to see a moongate inside the area, as I can see some of the blood thirsty PKs wanting that hard earned 200 gold from the newbies...
Also instead of the hour limit for newbies, you could do it like a skill limit. So once you say your skills reach 300 or so you will be kicked out of it, or not alowed in there.
