As far as I am concerted, internal forces can't change the movement route of an object by itself.

According to this geologist i met, this is a natural course of earth. He said the earths axis would start to change in 2010 until its has changed 360°, and then the rotation course would invert. So maybe they axis change has provoked the earthquake and not the opposite.
Anyway, when he told me this, i didnt believe and was kinda cetic about this subject, but this NASA report made my jaw drop :)

Earth does changes its course over time and so does every other thing in universe. That's due to the mass of every object and many other things.

But an earthquake changing the course of the planet? Very unlikely.

its not about changing course. its about changing the axis and inverting the rotation. its not something that happens often. its something that happens with a large interval of time. maybe a billion years, i dont know...
what i know is that when i heard the words from my friend, even he being very convinble and explaining all using lots of calulations, measures like hertz and stuff like that, i didnt believe him at all. But now im kinda anxious to see whats going to happen.
The funny part is that like 4-5 years ago, i was with a friend at a bar and we spoke about wanting to be here when the world ends. We both wanted to see this end. Maybe the time is coming :) . Or maybe not :)

Screw Earth and the environment, Put all the human resources into making spaceships and lets leave this dump!

Even four feet is unlikely. Most of those nuts clam 20+ feet. It's more like one foot if it did happen. It's just more BS scare tactics to get us to give up [more of] our freedoms etc.

I do think it's bull, I'll get into the reasoning and evidence later if I have the time.

I'd rather have people react. Peak oil could be the chance for a socialist revolution. What's the point in just blindly carrying on supporting the corpocracy and corrupt govt?

There really is no point to it, but there is no point in people being assholes and complaining "this and that" but do nothing about it.

The worlds gone to hell anyway, mentally everyone is basically worn out and tired of all the problems - so many people are trying to solve these problems, however - those that are have been getting virtually no support from people minus optimistics who are willing to continue in trying to make a difference.

It's just the kind of world we live in, the majority of Earth's population are selfish bitches and bastards who expect everything to be handed to them (or to take from others) Some prevent others from even fixing problems in the first place.

Even though I think 2012 the world ending is not going to happen, I sure wish it would...

Is this about the magnetic fields changing? North becoming South and vice versa?

Nope.
What i was said is that:
as we all know, earths axis has a natural inclination.
This inclination will disapear and when it does, the rotation movement will invert.

(corpocracy) way to much
(corrupt govt) yes

(Socialism)= lazy people who thank that it is their governmental right to steal from other people who have worked 2 full time jobs 80+ hr a week for over 40yr!

i say to you Sr if you wont work for it yourself (do us all a favor and go git a gun and blow your f&@king head off)

I reckon its fair chance that we will.

If not I will be pissed off about buying a semi detached house and not a hermatically sealed, water purifying, air purifying, blast proof, noob proof, nuclear proof bunker.

I've seen that on Discovery Channel, if i'm not mistaken. Sounds like bollocks to me.

Yeah it also sounded like bollocks(had to look up for this too lol) to me, untill NASA reported that the earth axis had changed after the earthquake in Chile.
Now i still have my doubts about it, but i wouldnt call it bollocks anymore :p
