Actually no, It was originally not intended as a trick quest.
When I saw that picture the first time, I personally had no idea where he was, nor would I have known that this area does not exist on Demise.
It was safe to assume that chances were he was in a normal dungeon and that finding this location would have been by aĺl meams possible.
I am still pondering where to take it from there in order to respect my offer and that someone gets a mil from this!

Well as I stated people have been there during the unknown solen event. As far as kaperos post I have a screenshot of that spot if you are interested in paying for that as well.

when he posted that pc the first time it was right after he asked to join KvG and was told No. So then he went and joined Hz. Also that day he took me and kill Hz protector and let me loot (only to see if it would butter up the leaders so he could get in).Well as I stated people have been there during the unknown solen event. To me @royal kapero2 is a one man show. Any guild gain from his presence, just by the sheer amount of stunt he can pull.

Basically, when I saw MB's post, I determined that he did everything he could to give me a satisfying picture of what I wanted to see, and I decided that it was more than enough for me to seal the deal.

It's true that Hz always wins... whaddaya gonna do, KvG always says it!
It's not as much of a rule change, than the principle that having Initiative pays out. Anyone could have decided to push their luck forward and get it done, informations on this thread as to where exactly was this place was visible to everyone.
Only MB took the initiative to go get the SS, and it ended up being satisfying for me.
