Shore fishing is safe and convenient for training. Deep sea fishing from boats provides better chances for MIBs and special items, but watch for sea serpents!
Fishing uses 8x8 tile resource blocks. When a spot is depleted, move at least 8 tiles away to find fresh water. Blocks respawn every 10-20 minutes.
Save all MIBs and treasure maps - they're worth more than fish. Cut fish into steaks for cooking or sale. Special fishing nets can spawn profitable sea creatures.
