The path of the mage requires intelligence, patience, and substantial resources. Reagents must be gathered, mana must be managed, and the Words of Power must be spoken with precision. Yet those who master these arts become the most versatile and powerful citizens of the realm.

Path to Grandmaster

0-30: NPC Training

Find any Mage NPC in town. Purchase up to 30.0 skill instantly for approximately 300 gold. Buy a spellbook and initial reagents while there.

30-45: Second & Third Circle

Cast repeatedly in this order:

  • Strength/Agility/Cunning on yourself
  • Bless (Third Circle) when available
  • Use meditation between casts for mana

💡 Tip: Stand in town near the bank for safety and reagent access

45-60: Fourth Circle Focus

Primary spells for gains:

  • Lightning (target yourself with Magic Reflection up)
  • Greater Heal on yourself
  • Recall between marked runes

60-75: Fifth Circle Mastery

Efficient training spells:

  • Magic Reflection (constant protection)
  • Blade Spirits in dungeons
  • Summon Creature for combat practice

75-90: Sixth Circle Grind

The challenging phase:

  • Reveal spell (cheap reagents)
  • Invisibility on yourself
  • Mark on blank runes for profit
  • Energy Bolt in combat

90-100: The Final Circle

Grandmaster approaches:

  • Flamestrike in combat
  • Gate Travel between marked locations
  • Mana Vampire on high-mana targets
  • Energy Vortex at champion spawns
