I just noticed this dagger in Brit.
I can't see anything else around it of interest nor can i do anything with it and there is no one to talk to, maybe it's always been there?

Correction - Unless you're in any faction.

thats part of an old quest it will lead you to the citidel
go through the mongate in brit castle and double check if you wish, but im pretty sure im right
