has been monitoring our seas ever
this incident was brought to
my attention.

Captain Lucian: It seems that
serpent activity is on the increase
and more attacks of
this nature will happen unless we
take action.

Captain Lucian: The harrowing tales
from the Morning Star's crew lead
me to believe we need more than steel
to deal with this menace of our seas.

Captain Lucian: so therefore as
you all know I consulted with High
Priest Darosang.

apologizes for not attending this
